Overview
-
‘1% BETTER’ is a second-year university project developed with Adidas for a ‘Comfort’ concept challenge. Inspired by Atomic Habits, our team reframed comfort as consistent, subconscious growth - emphasizing that daily 1% improvements lead to lasting change.
-
The campaign promotes discipline over motivation, positioning Adidas as a partner in personal growth. I led team coordination, resource management, and asset production, we worked directly with the amazing Adidas team.
-
The project earned 3rd place out of 20 teams, praised for its clear concept and strategic execution.
‘Comfort in the subconsciousness is when you
can adapt the abnormal action in daily life.’
—
our definition.
Motivation can be found all around us in
our daily lives. It inspires people want to
create something new or try new things.
However, how long could the inspired
state last? Changing abruptly takes
you out of your comfort zone, and your subconscious will send a signal to your
body while also producing frustrating
emotions.
Adidas has created a campaign that
might help the audience stay on track
and increase their effort. On the path
to reaching our goals, we might need a companion who can keep us stable and
get out of all the distractions.By gradually altering your behavior,
you will get more comfortable with
it and develop a habit.
However, in
order to achieve your goals, you must
exercise discipline, but more importantly, consistency. Because you will never
begin if you do not make a commitment.
However, without consistency, you will never finish.
